Services and suitability

Soul Spectrum by Shilpi offers Tarot Reading, Numerology, Life Coaching and the courses or workshops listed on this website. Spiritual services support personal reflection; coaching supports discussion of goals and next steps. These are not medical care, psychotherapy, emergency support, legal advice or regulated financial advice. Read the Disclaimer. Adult bookings and children’s courses

You must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement to make a booking. Courses expressly offered to children require a parent or guardian to arrange the booking, agree age suitability and participation arrangements, and provide any necessary permission. This exception does not make all sessions suitable for children.

How a booking becomes confirmed

Opening WhatsApp, using the guide or submitting an enquiry does not reserve a time, accept a payment or confirm enrolment. Before payment, Shilpi and the customer must confirm in writing the service or syllabus, format, number and duration of sessions or questions, delivery timing, appointment timezone, total payable amount and currency, payment method, and applicable cancellation and refund terms.

A booking becomes confirmed only after the customer agrees to the written details, any agreed payment requirement is met, and Shilpi sends confirmation. Keep that confirmation and the policy version supplied with it. Browsing alone is not consent to buy a service. A variation to an existing booking requires agreement; it cannot remove mandatory rights.

Prices and payment

Visitors detected in India see INR prices; other detected countries see a separate international USD price list. International prices are independently set and are not a live conversion of INR prices. If location detection is wrong or unavailable, ask for a quote. Confirm the final price, any applicable taxes or charges, and the currency before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply separately disclosed conversion or transfer charges.

Payment instructions are coordinated directly with Shilpi. Verify the recipient using the contact details on this website. Do not share a password or one-time passcode. If a price or listing error is discovered before confirmation, we will explain the correction and you can decline it. Payments are non-refundable for customer cancellations, no-shows or change of mind, subject to the Refund Policy exceptions and applicable law. A confirmed price will not be increased without your agreement; if the agreed service cannot be supplied, the Refund Policy applies.

Sessions, courses and materials

For live learning, confirm the syllabus, session count, duration, teaching language, prerequisites, schedule and included materials before enrolling. A listing is not a promise of a downloadable course, professional licence, accreditation, employment or certificate unless the specific inclusion is confirmed in writing.

Join at the agreed time with a suitable connection and private setting. Written questions must be within the agreed scope; response timing is confirmed before payment. Additional questions, time or materials require a separate agreement. Class and session dates or times may need to change because of unforeseen circumstances. We will give notice as soon as reasonably possible and agree a replacement time with you, without an additional rescheduling charge. The Cancellation & Reschedule Policy explains these arrangements and your options if a replacement cannot be agreed.

Respectful and lawful participation

Provide accurate booking information, respect others’ privacy, and do not harass, threaten, impersonate, submit unlawful requests or misuse the website. Shilpi may decline an unsuitable request or pause or end an unsafe, abusive or unlawful interaction. The reason and any available next steps will be explained where appropriate. Ending a service does not automatically forfeit payment for undelivered work; refunds and mandatory rights still apply.

Intellectual property and recordings

Original branding and course materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party fonts, icons, images and other licensed content remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences. Client messages and feedback do not become our unrestricted property.

Materials supplied for your learning may be used personally within the agreed scope. Do not resell, republish or commercially distribute protected materials without permission, except where law permits. Recording a session or sharing a private recording requires prior agreement from everyone involved. Nothing here prevents an honest review, lawful complaint, permitted evidence submission or legally protected use.

Sharing links and using our name

You may share a truthful link to this website. Do not suggest a partnership or endorsement that we have not agreed to, or present our pages as your own. Using our logo or protected artwork for your own promotion requires permission unless law permits it. Report misleading use or a problematic link through Legal & Contact.

Website use and availability

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to impersonate Soul Spectrum by Shilpi. The site may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or a technical fault. Email remains the contact route for an existing booking. A website outage does not cancel our obligation to provide a confirmed service or an applicable remedy.

Responsibility and limits

You remain responsible for your choices and should obtain qualified professional advice for decisions requiring it. We do not assume responsibility for independent decisions solely because you attended a session, or for third-party services outside our control. These limits do not excuse our own breach, misrepresentation, deficient service or other responsibility imposed by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for remote or unforeseeable consequential losses. There is no exclusion for fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence causing death or personal injury, or any other liability that law does not allow to be excluded. Nothing in these policies excludes or limits rights, refunds, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections take priority over any conflicting wording.

Concerns, applicable law and changes

Please contact shilpipoddarr@gmail.com with the booking details and the resolution you seek. The Legal & Contact page explains complaints. Raising a concern with us does not prevent you from using a regulator, consumer forum or court, and is not a compulsory prerequisite to doing so.

Indian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections applicable in your place of residence. No exclusive court location or mandatory arbitration is imposed by this page. Future policy updates apply to future bookings; an existing booking keeps its agreed terms unless a lawful change is agreed. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent lawful.
